Except travelling I like to spend my leisure time outdoors whenever possible. I live in a beautiful country Sweden; full of nature and wildlife. Like many other people here I try to enjoy my time by nature walking and hiking.
I live in heart of Stockholm and there are many great hiking places near by. One of my favorite place is Tyresta national park.
Tyresta National Park with a surrounding nature reserve in Sweden is one of the closest national park to Stockholm city. The national park has an area of 19.7 km² , and the surrounding nature reserve 27 km², so the total protected area is about 47 km². The park and reserve are notable for containing the largest area of old-growth coniferous forest in Southern Sweden, with some parts of the forest containing pine trees as old as 400 years. There are many beautiful hiking trails where you can hike all day long and stay overnight for camping.
